Staffing

Catchgate Childcare is led by its manager Miss Lesley-Anne Cranston.  The manager and her deputy are fully qualified childcare workers.  Nursery nurses, assistants, a cook, cleaner and caretaker complete the team.

Working together for your children

The ratios are as follows:

•   0-2 years 1 staff:3 children
•   2-3 years 1 staff:4 children
•   3-under 5 years 1 staff:8 children                       

These ratios help us to:

•          give time and attention to each child;

•          talk with the children about their interests and activities;

•          help children to experience and benefit for the activities we provide;

•          allow the children to explore and be adventurous in safety.
