Wrap around care:

i.e. extended nursery provision for children attending Catchgate Nursery.  Children receive one free two and a half hour educational session daily at the school, and one childcare session at Catchgate Childcare, for which fees will be charged.  The emphasis for the childcare session is on fun and relaxation, and learning through play.  This will run during term time only.

We offer day care and education for children under 5 years old. We also offer wrap around nursery care for children who attend Catchgate Nursery.

Day nursery

This will be available throughout the year during the hours of opening for children under 5 years old.  This could be for a morning or afternoon session, or a full day.  Children follow the Early Years Foundation Stage, this was implemented in 2008 it has emphasis on children heading and adding to their own play with practitioners supporting when required.  In the term that your child turns two years old he/she can be registered for the foundation stage nursery at Catchgate School.  Your child will receive 2.5 hours a day free education (once they are 3years old)  and can return to the day care nursery on the wrap around session.  For more information please ask the manager.
